This year, Baoti Group's pipe plant orders doubled, nuclear pipe production tasks followed one after another, aerospace-use small-size pipe orders surged, and the demand for extruded shells was strong. In order to better complete the production tasks, the pipe plant strictly controlled various processes. The process quality of the product, the standardization of the working methods of each process and each position, the realization of the guarantee of the personnel, the system, and the management at the three levels, to ensure the delivery of the contract on time. In June, the HD1 project was successfully rolled off; in July, the HD2 project officially began to be delivered. Baoti Group's pipe plant further strengthened the overall management and planned promotion efficiency. At the same time, it also successfully completed the production of other contracts, laying a solid foundation for the end of the year. .

Baoti Group's pipe factory organized technical personnel to conduct specific analysis on the problems of different grades of pipes, and introduced corresponding solutions to further improve the quality of main specifications. For example, the yield rate of pipes for the small pile project increased by 1.1 percent year-on-year, and the yield rate of TA2 tubes for a certain specification increased by 2 percent year-on-year. In addition, the pipe factory has successfully completed various technical progress and scientific research and production tasks. The research and development of TA18 and TC4 specification pipes and the development of profiles have achieved great results.

In addition, Baoti Group's pipe plant has achieved a 100 percent integrity rate of key and main equipment, an operating rate of 99.8 percent , and an equipment failure rate of only 0.23 percent for several consecutive months. At the same time, the pipe factory also completed the annual equipment overhaul and civil maintenance work, the foundation construction of the 6300T extruder and the installation and commissioning of 11 key equipment.
